1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and SportMingle LLC (“SportMingle,” “we,” “us”) for use of https://www.sportmingle.com, https://app.sportmingle.com, and related products (the “Services”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. The Services are built for clubs and players in the United States. Phone verification accepts US (+1) mobile numbers only.
3. Accounts and roles
- Club accounts are for owners who run the business: calendar, members, plans, and payouts.
- Player accounts are for people who book and play.
- Coaches and staff do not self-register. A club owner invites them from the web workspace.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password and one-time codes confidential. Tell us right away if you think someone else used your account.
4. Phone verification and SMS program
Club and Player signup requires a US (+1) mobile number. By providing that number you consent to receive transactional SMS from SportMingle for account verification. We send a one-time passcode (OTP) to confirm the line belongs to you.

- Delivery is provided through Amazon Web Services End User Messaging / Amazon SNS or a similar transactional SMS vendor
Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchase, but we may refuse or limit an account that we cannot verify. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
5. Trial, plans, and payments
Club accounts may use Free (with ads) or Plus. New clubs may start a 30-day free trial of Plus. After the trial, Plus is billed monthly at $3.99 or yearly at $43.09 (10% off) unless we publish a different price. Free clubs that turn on the credit card module pay an extra 5% to SportMingle on those card charges, in addition to processor fees. Plus includes the credit card module without that 5% SportMingle fee. Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for the plan you select. Fees are described on the Pricing page. We do not charge players a platform fee to create a Player account.
You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid a charge. Paid subscriptions renew until you cancel. Taxes may apply. Refunds, if any, are handled case by case by emailing sales@sportmingle.com.
6. Acceptable use
- Use the Services only for lawful club operations and personal play.
- Do not interfere with the product, probe other accounts, or misuse SMS verification.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
- Club owners are responsible for the accuracy of member lists, waivers, and any safety or first-aid records they store.
We may suspend or end access if these Terms are broken, if a payment fails, or if we must do so to protect the Service or other users.
7. Intellectual property
The SportMingle name, logo, software, and site content belong to SportMingle LLC or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Services during your subscription. You keep ownership of the data you upload. You grant us a license to host and display that data only as needed to provide the Services.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is.” We do not warrant that reservations, notifications, or SMS will be uninterrupted or error-free. SportMingle is software for club operations. We are not a medical, security, or emergency provider, even if a club stores first-aid or safety notes in the product.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SportMingle LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or bookings, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in St. Louis County, Missouri have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms. The new version is effective when posted on this page. If a change is material we will give notice by email or in the product. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the updated Terms.
