This information is collected when players interact with an organizer's website or use an organizer's site that utilizes our Services.

We share player data with service providers and third parties to assist organizers, and in the following circumstances:
- For legal compliance, fraud detection, or addressing safety concerns.
- f an organizer directs us to transfer player information to third-party apps they use.
- In business transactions such as mergers or acquisitions.
As a data processor, Sportmingle complies with data protection frameworks like the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield and PIPEDA.

Sportmingle does not allow children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA) to use the Services. If we discover we have collected personal data from a child, we will take steps to delete it. Parents can request removal by contacting us at privacy@sportmingle.com
